Within 14 days of original purchase, we will happily accept a return provided that all items are in the original saleable condition and packaging.
Scotty Browns reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty. If deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund or a store credit via a Scotty Browns Gift Card.
Scotty Browns will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Scotty Browns will not be held liable.
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge. Please send a copy of your order receipt with your order. Please retain your tracking information for the parcel and allow 2 business days to process the refund on receiving the goods.
Please note that once the refund is processed by Scotty Browns, the time taken for the amount to show in your bank account is dependent on each individual bank.
Any goods that are not in the original packaging, have attached tags, undamaged, and unused will not be refunded, and returned back to you.

The Ostro Gravel has an unrivalled combination of aero, lightness, compliance and integration. Put your head down and go.
Gravel racing is fast and aero really matters, but it isn’t as fast as road racing so the requirements are different. The Ostro Gravel frame is carefully optimized for the speeds at which you’ll be riding. The team at Factor used a ‘zoned aero’ strategy which focused the front of the bike on aerodynamics because it meets clean, or freestream, air flow, and the rear of the bike on lightness, where the air flow is too chaotic and ride quality is the priority. In particular, a lot of time was spent on the head tube, where an all-new tube shape unlocked significant drag reductions by manipulating the ‘laminar separation bubble’ that occurs near the front of airfoils at lower speeds.
The OSTRO Gravel offers a generous 45mm of tire clearance in both 700c and 650b, giving you the options and possibilities to tackle the toughest routes and events. This is a real figure, with 4mm of clearance either side in accordance with ISO standards, so the OSTRO Gravel is super-capable in muddy conditions.
