This will generally include but is not limited to bikes and some large car racks.

Please try to provide a postal address where you will be located during the day or the parcel can be left safely.

Rural Deliveries 3-4 business days on top of the above ETA^
*Delivery times are only a guide and actual delivery times may vary.
^Rural Deliveries items may be handed to a third party courier for delivery.

AUSTRALIA  / INTERNATIONAL BULK

Due to cost, at this time we don't provide shipping of items weighing over 3kg. Do feel free to get in touch if you'd like to arrange reverse shipping (ie you organise the shipping seperate to purchasing the product).

Within 14 days of original purchase, we will happily accept a return provided that all items are in the original saleable condition and packaging.

Scotty Browns reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty. If deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund or a store credit via a Scotty Browns Gift Card.

Scotty Browns will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Scotty Browns will not be held liable.

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge. Please send a copy of your order receipt with your order. Please retain your tracking information for the parcel and allow 2 business days to process the refund on receiving the goods.

Please note that once the refund is processed by Scotty Browns, the time taken for the amount to show in your bank account is dependent on each individual bank.

Any goods that are not in the original packaging, have attached tags, undamaged, and unused will not be refunded, and returned back to you.

These conditions do not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

To obtain a return or exchange online, please contact the team by emaling scotty@scottybrowns.com.

You'll then need to place the item(s) for return with a copy of the order number and return to:
