Within 14 days of original purchase, we will happily accept a return provided that all items are in the original saleable condition and packaging.
Scotty Browns reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty. If deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund or a store credit via a Scotty Browns Gift Card.
Scotty Browns will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Scotty Browns will not be held liable.
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge. Please send a copy of your order receipt with your order. Please retain your tracking information for the parcel and allow 2 business days to process the refund on receiving the goods.
Please note that once the refund is processed by Scotty Browns, the time taken for the amount to show in your bank account is dependent on each individual bank.
Any goods that are not in the original packaging, have attached tags, undamaged, and unused will not be refunded, and returned back to you.
These conditions do not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Powered by RockShox's Charger Race Day damper, the lightest damper they've ever produced, the Rudy delivers a firm lockout for smooth sections and adjustable rebound for fine-tuning performance on rough terrain. The proven Solo Air spring is optimised for short-travel efficiency, helping reduce rider fatigue while keeping the front wheel planted and controlled.
With clearance for tyres up to 700x50c, compatibility with full or short fenders and a premium lightweight chassis, the Rudy XPLR Ultimate is equally at home on gravel race bikes, adventure rigs and modern e-gravel builds.
