Within 14 days of original purchase, we will happily accept a return provided that all items are in the original saleable condition and packaging.

Scotty Browns reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty. If deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund or a store credit via a Scotty Browns Gift Card.

Scotty Browns will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Scotty Browns will not be held liable.

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge. Please send a copy of your order receipt with your order. Please retain your tracking information for the parcel and allow 2 business days to process the refund on receiving the goods.

Please note that once the refund is processed by Scotty Browns, the time taken for the amount to show in your bank account is dependent on each individual bank.

Any goods that are not in the original packaging, have attached tags, undamaged, and unused will not be refunded, and returned back to you.

These conditions do not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

The Aspen ST is an ultra-low-profile race tyre designed primarily for short track XC use, although we have seen some of our athletes use the narrower 29x2.25 size on their gravel bikes as well. Sometimes referred to as the “Fastpen,” this tyre is sure to give any racer an edge in dry, grassy conditions. It is not recommended for more technical tracks or mixed weather conditions due to the limited tread profile.


The team-spec Aspens use the same tread pattern as the current production version, but with a lighter, faster and more supple 170 TPI casing. Two sizes will be offered: a 29x2.25 and 29x2.40 so riders can opt for the lowest weight possible or higher volume depending on the race conditions. All team-spec tyres feature the EXO sidewall protection and tubeless ready-casings. However, it is important to note that these tyres are intended first and foremost for racing in suitable conditions. The tradeoff for the weight savings and low rolling resistance of the 170 TPI casing is lower durability relative to the standard 120 TPI casing.
