Within 14 days of original purchase, we will happily accept a return provided that all items are in the original saleable condition and packaging.
Scotty Browns reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty. If deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund or a store credit via a Scotty Browns Gift Card.
Scotty Browns will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Scotty Browns will not be held liable.
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge. Please send a copy of your order receipt with your order. Please retain your tracking information for the parcel and allow 2 business days to process the refund on receiving the goods.
Please note that once the refund is processed by Scotty Browns, the time taken for the amount to show in your bank account is dependent on each individual bank.
Any goods that are not in the original packaging, have attached tags, undamaged, and unused will not be refunded, and returned back to you.
These conditions do not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

The Giro Blaze 2.0 Gloves are made for those crisp mornings and cool-weather rides when summer gloves just don’t cut it.
Designed for temperatures between 4°C and 10°C, the Blaze 2.0 combines warmth, comfort, and bar feel without the bulky sensation of a full winter glove. The Polartec® Windbloc® backhand blocks cold winds while maintaining excellent dexterity, and the soft microfleece lining adds welcome insulation for long rides in changing conditions.
The Ax Suede™ Echo palm is fleece-lined for additional warmth and designed to resist moisture absorption, helping keep hands comfortable when conditions are cool and damp. Optimised gel padding smooths out road vibration, while reflective detailing across the backhand improves visibility during early starts and late finishes.
For shoulder-season riding, the Blaze 2.0 is the glove you'll keep reaching for.
