Within 14 days of original purchase, we will happily accept a return provided that all items are in the original saleable condition and packaging.
Scotty Browns reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty. If deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund or a store credit via a Scotty Browns Gift Card.
Scotty Browns will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Scotty Browns will not be held liable.
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge. Please send a copy of your order receipt with your order. Please retain your tracking information for the parcel and allow 2 business days to process the refund on receiving the goods.
Please note that once the refund is processed by Scotty Browns, the time taken for the amount to show in your bank account is dependent on each individual bank.
Any goods that are not in the original packaging, have attached tags, undamaged, and unused will not be refunded, and returned back to you.
These conditions do not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

The FORX HEX 2 cranks are built for riders who want to ride harder without constantly worrying about pedal strikes. At just 155mm, the shorter crank arms give you extra ground clearance through rocky, technical terrain, helping you keep your flow when the trail gets rough.
Designed and tested in Queenstown, New Zealand, the HEX 2 is CNC machined from high-strength 7075-T6 aerospace-grade aluminium, delivering the stiffness, strength and durability needed for serious trail riding.
The 181mm Q-factor provides a natural, comfortable stance, while the compact crank length delivers a smoother pedal stroke and improved control — particularly on technical climbs and rough terrain.
Compatible with a wide range of ISIS Drive e-bike motors, including DJI Avinox, Bosch, TQ and FAZUA systems, the HEX 2 is a serious upgrade for riders looking for more clearance and a better-feeling ride.
