Within 14 days of original purchase, we will happily accept a return provided that all items are in the original saleable condition and packaging.

Scotty Browns reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty. If deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund or a store credit via a Scotty Browns Gift Card.

Scotty Browns will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Scotty Browns will not be held liable.

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge. Please send a copy of your order receipt with your order. Please retain your tracking information for the parcel and allow 2 business days to process the refund on receiving the goods.

Please note that once the refund is processed by Scotty Browns, the time taken for the amount to show in your bank account is dependent on each individual bank.

Any goods that are not in the original packaging, have attached tags, undamaged, and unused will not be refunded, and returned back to you.

The veloToze proprietary material provides waterproof protection which includes a surprising amount of insulation as well. Your feet will stay warm in high winds, heavy rain and even slushy snowy.

The bottoms have been reinforced in the toe area for durability. The smooth material with a form-fitting design also offers aerodynamic benefits, which is one reason you’ll see riders on WorldTour teams wearing veloToze shoe covers during time trials. Not zippers or Velcro straps enhances the shoe covers’ effectiveness against water seepage as well as the aero benefits since those points where water could leak in or wind disturbed, like a zipper, have been removed.
