Within 14 days of original purchase, we will happily accept a return provided that all items are in the original saleable condition and packaging.
Scotty Browns reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty. If deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund or a store credit via a Scotty Browns Gift Card.
Scotty Browns will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Scotty Browns will not be held liable.
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge. Please send a copy of your order receipt with your order. Please retain your tracking information for the parcel and allow 2 business days to process the refund on receiving the goods.
Please note that once the refund is processed by Scotty Browns, the time taken for the amount to show in your bank account is dependent on each individual bank.
Any goods that are not in the original packaging, have attached tags, undamaged, and unused will not be refunded, and returned back to you.
These conditions do not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

- Angled in-line shoulder studs for predictable and indulgent transitions. Benefit: high limit range can be reached predictably and safely.
- Pronounced positive profile with a large number of contact areas. Benefit: harmonious riding behavior and high grip on hard and slightly loose surfaces.
- Pronounced ramps in the direction of rotation ensure harmonious and easy rolling. Benefit: low rolling resistance and improved grip on hard surfaces.
The best compound for every riding style
SuperSoft: Our softest and grippiest compound in the MTB Gravity range. Especially for Downhill and Enduro use cases where the main focus is descending. Tires equipped with this compound are for riders with a 100% focus on grip, traction, control. Recommended for use cases with a large share of descent.
Soft: The balance of grip and rolling resistance for gravity focused use cases. High level of grip with a reasonable rolling resistance. Option to optimize the rolling properties of your rear wheel on the DH bike or have the optimal combo for Enduro or Trail riding.
Endurance: Compound with balanced properties on grip and endurance. With the endurance compound a high durability in combination with good rolling resistance and grip is achieved. A Compound choice for trail riding or as a endurance-focused compound for e-Bikes
