Within 14 days of original purchase, we will happily accept a return provided that all items are in the original saleable condition and packaging.
Scotty Browns reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty. If deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund or a store credit via a Scotty Browns Gift Card.
Scotty Browns will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Scotty Browns will not be held liable.
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge. Please send a copy of your order receipt with your order. Please retain your tracking information for the parcel and allow 2 business days to process the refund on receiving the goods.
Please note that once the refund is processed by Scotty Browns, the time taken for the amount to show in your bank account is dependent on each individual bank.
Any goods that are not in the original packaging, have attached tags, undamaged, and unused will not be refunded, and returned back to you.
These conditions do not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

The Colnago V5Rs is the latest evolution of Colnago's legendary V Series, bringing together low weight, aerodynamic efficiency, stiffness and precise handling in one uncompromising race machine.
At just 685g for the ready-to-paint frame, the V5Rs is the lightest Colnago ever built. But this isn't simply a weight-saving exercise. Colnago has refined every part of the bike to deliver the perfect balance between climbing performance, aerodynamics and race-winning responsiveness.
The V5Rs uses slim, high-performance tube profiles developed with knowledge gained from the Y1Rs, with aerodynamic performance approaching the best aero frames. Its narrower head tube reduces the frontal area by 13% compared with its predecessor, helping cut drag and save watts when the pace goes through the roof.
Underneath it all is a frame designed for professional-level power. The V5Rs combines its low weight and aerodynamic efficiency with the stiffness and responsiveness demanded by WorldTour racing, while a new, lighter fork delivers more precise steering.
And because race roads aren't always perfectly smooth, the V5Rs accommodates tyres up to 32mm, giving you more grip, control and confidence when the surface gets rough.
